Hey all! First post here but look forward to being pretty active!
I'm making a surprise for a friend of mine and would like to use some oil in homemade blueberry muffins. I'm not a user but I do enjoy cooking and baking, and I think it's an awesome little project for me and certainly a tasty one for him! I can't seem to come across any recipes to use with the oil in muffins...does anyone have any tips they could pass along or a recipe to share? I'm totally good with either using a boxed mixture or something from scratch.
Any tips or thoughts would be awesome...thanks in advance for anything!! :)
