What is the actual temperature range we should be trying to achieve with the crock pot method? I am looking to migrate away from using an everclear based extraction towards using a glycerin based extraction and i am considering trying this method out first before I graduate to using a different glycerin method I have read about on another forum involving cooking the glycerin in a threadlocked pharmacuetical grade beaker at 310 for 36 hours.
Also considering this other method calls for a 36 hour extraction at a higher temperature and pressure range would it be safe to assume that for this crockpot method you could concievably cook it longer for a better extraction? Has anyone who has used this method tested out the leftover plant material to see if there is any residual THC being left behind?
Also there is no mention of decarbing the weed, does this method not need that additional step like the everclear method does?
Thank you ahead of time for any help, much love everyone.
