Marijuana Ghee

Ghee is different from cannabutter however, in that it must be cooked over a much lower temperature to allow the water to boil off completely without burning the proteins. Because it is clarified, Ghee can be stored for extended periods of time without refrigeration as long as it is sealed in an air-tight container to prevent oxidation.
